Well my car was needed for state ref due to the previous owner going into a smog shop with a full blown dyno tune which now a days obviously means the PCM has been hooked up a tuner and tampered with, they now have the technology to pick that up not exactly sure how but there's ways around it...
check your grounds make sure theres no corrosion either on both temrinals too. Get you a multimeter measure the voltage car off and on running should be in the ball park of 13volts DC obviously.

Roger that. Just got home no issues what so ever. Even gave her some throttle spun the wheels in 2nd to about 6k rpms flawless. Unfortunately i dont know the exact numbers i tried asking the previous owner he didnt know what the tune is set for..called the shop that tuned it never got back to...
also forgot to mention fan cane on low speed @190 degrees then kicked up to high speed @ about 200

well im definitely confused..used the combustion leak tester again this morning shows no signs now of fumes..topped off my fluids drove it to the gym highest temperature reached was 204 at stop lights. Checked with data logger now. just arrived at the gym sitting in the parking lot now with car...
cant go wrong with a 3 core thats forsure.
might even get an auxiliary fan. hard to trust those electric fans.

forgot to answer your question yes the tstat has a factory weep hole.
for the plugs i thought it was a good i dea to put some anti seize on the threads when got the motor back in the car with new plugs probably wasnt.
well im pretty sure the fan should turn off...
im going to have to try that again tomorrow before work. while im sending you this message the temp needle has stayed in the center with the fan coming on at low speed then after about 5 mins the fan bumped up its speed and hasnt ramped down and temp is dead center. should the fan stay on...
thanks for the advice im going to check out my connections right now. After letting it cool down i checked the by pass tube it was empty so i attempt to fill it but noticed it was only traveling back to the expansion tank. Everytime i remove the bypass tube plug it keep tearing the o-oring...
well i just ordered a leak down tester just cant pin point the issue. The car is running absolutely great. Never overheated on me but who knows...
