Like i said....the tube from the valve has already been removed when the longtubes were installed. I'd rather not have to buy the tube and reinstall something that is not necessarily needed.

I just had the Maximum Motorsports kmember installed. One thing i looked over was the oil filter. You will need to relocate the oil filter...it does say it in their website, it was my fault for not seeing it. So check if other K members require you to do the same.

Is there a way to check if the pump still works without installing the tank onto the car?

After rereading OLD posts, i see that the 01 pumps will not fit in the 03/04 tank because the 99/01 pumps have a housing that clicks into place whereas the 03/04 pumps are suspended from the hat.... so i guess my only concern is if you guys think it's a 03/04 cobra tank from the pics?
