Ok, so I have just had my clutch replaced along with a new throwout bearing and having the flywheel machined. Now I have a slight but noticeable amount of clutch chatter and when the transmission gets good and hot, it's hard to get into the different gears. What could be causing these symptoms?
Had the '03 tuned today (a safe tune). The numbers however, turned out to be very disappointing.
It was a warm, wet, drizzly morning. My max HP number was 372.7 at 5709 RPM and TQ was 415.8 at 3333 RPM.
I have a 2.8 upper pulley, stock lower pulley, Magnaflow catback (no cats), an off road...
I'm not sure if I have a 2.9, 2.93 or 3.0 upper pulley right now but I've just purchased a 2.80 ring from Metco. I also am not sure what size my Billetflow idler pulley is. So I'm going to be looking for a belt to fit.
Which belt should I go with and who carries a selection of them? Thanks.
I have the stock Eaton and a Metco 2.9 or 3.0 with an SCT tune. Runs great.
Can I put on a 2.8 ring and run it without getting a new tune right away? How about a 2.7? Any fuel system changes necessary?

Why is the throttle response so slow in my Terminator? Tip-in response is almost non existent. It seems that full throttle response is about a foot away from tip-in as well.
Are all near stock Terminators this way?

Well I finally found an 03 Cobra Terminator that i like. It's owned by our own MIDTNSVT, and is located in Tennessee.
It's DSG and has very few mods (hasn't even been lowered yet). I'm having it shipped to me hopefully next week.
