My power mirrors are not working, I see a relay but nowhere i found a fuse, did i miss it or could it be the motor that burnt? Any ideas as far as which fuse might be?

I am now working on the headlights,that glue on the headlights is a biatch!!

the hot wires coming from the electric fans are getting hot,look at the red wire in the picture,it gets hot in less than a minute of the motor running. any ideas what could be wrong?
