as if my move from Philly to Raleigh NC didn't limit my MACA GTG's, we are now going to move to Phoenix. Since its some 2200+ miles away, I'm not wanting to drive the cobra, Does anybody have any recommedations for trailering companies?
Many thanks...

I have a vinyl top on my vert, and i have been noticing that i have been getting very small snags on the outside, in what would be the sail panels. I was wondering if any other vert owner has expierenced the same, and what did you do to correct the problem????
many thanks!

We'll I think it finally caught up with me. If I drive like a normal person, shifting berofre 3k and slowly..I have no problems. But where is the fun in that! However when I shift "fast" over 3k I grind BAD going into 2nd. It used to be really hard but no grinding, but not anymore. I also...
I'm wondering how easy it will be to put in a aluminum driveshaft, I realize it is just four bolts, but I want to change the oil in the trans while i'm down there.
Any special tools needed?
thanks

Santa was a little late this year, but the fat jolly man showed up with new wheels. It totally has changed the look of the car, Wow I should have done this long ago...
Well it was another excellent cruise with good people and great cars....I wanted to get these pics up since I don't know when I'll be back on line since I am traveling south in the early AM tomorrow and won't get internet access to the following week.
Anyway, see you guys soon.....
Well a lot of stuff has happened to me over the past 2 years, but it is all starting to change. I was laid off of my job of 8years last month, but looking back, I probally needed to move on just needed a push out the door.
Long story short,I accepted a new job in Raleigh NC

I've read all the threads, and finally decided to go with 410's. All I have to say is I should have listened to everyones advise a long time ago. WOW it has changed the whole personality of the car. So much more fun to drive.
Don't fear the Gear!!!!
Well i decided I needed a bit more kick in the pants, so I had FR 410's put in today. WOW it has totally changed the composure of the car. Can't wait to break them in...should have done this awhile ago.
just preaching to the choir.....
Just throwing this out there, but MM&FF is sponsoring fords at englishtown raceway next weekend 11/3-4
I'm thinking about going and I know 98CobraRX has interested. Maybe we can get a cruise set up

I've been talking with a friend that does powder coating / chroming and of all things embroidery.
I have given him a copy of our club logo and asked if he could come up with a hat for us. I wanted to bring this to the GTG but a broken tooth prevented that.....
I'm looking for some input...
I remember awhile back there was an adobe file of the club logo. I did a search and the link is dead. The reason I was looking for it was I have a friend who does custom powdercoating, chroming and embroidering. I was going to see what he could do with our logo be it another shirt, patches...
Just want to pass on the location of a very good vendor in la habra, CA that does chroming and powder coating for just about anything.
I personally know the owner and he is currently working with Saleen powder coating wheels for them.
Attached is his website...
Just saw this months Modified Mustang mag and it finally had Jason's car featured in it. Nice pics, and write up. It mentioned MACA and some key members.
98cobraRX and I met up for a spontaneous cruise today since the weather was awesome. Here are a few pics.....and yes I finally ditched the 4x4 look and lowered the vert!!!!
I am very pleased with the results. I went with the Ford G springs, which are really Eibach pro kit for verts, and added Mach 1 struts and shocks which are made by Tokico. Next is the alignment. Not sure if I need C/C plates yet.
Since I'm tired of all the 4x4 comments thrown my way, one of the projects this winter is to FINALLY lower the car. I already have Eibach prokit springs and poly iso's but I want to do this once and will replace the struts and shocks while I'm down there. I am looking at either KYB GR-2 or...

Many of the PA local guys know of the WAWA car show in Eagle PA every sunday night. Last week we had a good MACA turn out with 7 members showing. With that in thought, 98cobraRX (Adam) and I thought about putting a (short notice) gtg on Sunday 8-20.
All are welcome but we are thinking of...
