I drive the truck and put it in park it idles at 1000 rpm's. If I blip the throttle it will fall to about 700 and stay. It does it every time. I have cleaned the IAC and even bought a new one. Same problem. What do you think could be the issue.

I did some painting and some cleaning. I like the way it looks and thought I should share some pics. and while I was at it I cleaned the other motor.

I pulled apart the throttle body to paint it. I put it back together and set the voltage. .985 volts But when I crank the truck it idles at 900-1200 rpm. The arm hits the stop screw, but I can twist it back a little and the rpm drops. I pulled the plug on the iac valve and the engine died.
