The emblem on the lightbar fell off. The glue melted and is now dipping down the bar. Did this happen to anyone else and what can I clean the glue off with?

I posted this before but now it is getting worse. Every time I start the car it resets the computer and it seams like the battery is just about dead. Last time I had it up the Dealer (dkje#%@&**) they said they had it on the computer and nothing was wrong with it. Any ideas?:??: :shrug:
