Buddy has a 04 Z06 stock. I have 04 vert x-pipe, catback, cold air, and shifter. How close would I be and what would it take to beat him. Would a pulley and tune do it?

Do the verts have a different shock than coupes. Getting ready to change springs and I might as well do the shocks too if need be. Im trying to eliminate wheel hop and will be doing most of the mods in the red or blue pill sticky.
I want to put 18 inch fr500s on my cobra. Will the ones made by ford racing that late model restoration sells fit? Im not sure what the needed backspacing and offset is. Any help would be appreciated.
Went to put on X-pipe and catback today and broke the exhaust manifold stud that goes from the x pipie to the manifold. Severely pissed now. Cant get it out, what now? I soaked it with pb blaster and it wont budge.
