So when I go wot the rpm's hit 6000 and stays there. I didn't mess with any of the converter settings in the program just set the shift points. What could cause the trans to not shift at wot?

Earlier this year I had a motor put together and tuned. It made 775 to the wheels. I'm use to the power and the car doesn't feel fast to me and there's no rush or thrill when driving it. Anyone else feel this way and what did you do to get past this feeling?
