I'm trying to find a replacement of the blue fitting with 2 ports on the top of the fuel tank. I believe the smaller fitting with the single port is the vapor valve. What is the second larger fitting with the two ports called?

I have disabled my EGR via quarterhorse. However, the Catalyst montitor relies on the EGR to set. On my Cobra the EGR is bypassed and the catalyst sets no problem. What changes do I need to make to allow the Catalyst to set without depending on the EGR? Using a quarterhorse and binary editor.
