I have a 2001 Ford F-150 4r100 tranny that I pulled out of my truck to put a built one in, also comes with the torque converter. When I pulled it out it shifted perfect, it does have a reman sticker on the side of it. It now just sits in the garage collecting dust and would like to get it moved...
I got my starter all hooked up and now my truck wont start, all it will do is click, so I swapped solenoids and it didnt work also checked the starter out and it passed. When it clicks all the lights shut off. Could it be a ground problem? Does anyone have pics or a wiring diagram of the starter?
I have a couple questions, iam installing my motor in my truck and I dont remember what this threaded hole is for, is it for a sensor?
Then this sensor connector that is on the alternator bracket, I do know it runs under the lower intake manifold.
I have a quick question about my tune and transmission, I have a canned tune from my Diablo predator and iam pullin my tranny out to install a built tranny and was wondering if I have to pull the tune out before I drop it? Thanks Chris
My buddy just bought a 98 cobra and it needs the tranny gone through and we were wondering if a superduty t-5 out of a 90 gt would work at all for the mean time. If it would work what would it take to swap them? Thanks
