I was thinking about this thread yesterday for @MassCobra. There are ppl using RLT on their abdomen to improve insulin sensitivity and reverse Type 2 diabetes.
I would do this too.
I tried, just once probably, moving a foot to the bars. Miraculously, I did not crash, but it seemed inevitable and I never tried again. #sosketch
