If staying with the B-heads you'll need a short runner intake, high compression, cams (I'd talk to someone who knows about cams to custom spec a set and have them degreed), 1-3/4" longtubes, no cats, rev to the moon.
I'd get rid of the B-heads and find a set of C-heads and have them worked...
Same from gt to cobra, also if you can find a good Mach-1 or 03-04 cobra radiator that would be a good upgrade since those were almost twice the thickness of the older radiators and it'll be a factory piece.
