This happened on a brand new motor, it was a M62 Eaton on 2.0 Ecotec engine. The supercharger was removed and upgraded before the engine was ran. A guy dropped a washer into the intake and didnt realize it, but it didnt bother him either when he had to grab another one to replace it. Anyways...
