Whelp, last month I finally had enough of the Ranger Tremor and opted to part ways with it. Picked up a new Explorer XLT to drive around in while I try to figure out what I'll pick up next. I just never felt comfortable in the Ranger, and honestly, do not even miss it in the slightest.
Random shot of the Tremor. I've had it for a little over a year now and have logged roughly 19k miles behind the wheel. It has been a decent truck, but I do miss my old F-150.
I personally feel as though my F-150 had a better ride. The Ranger, while comfortable on the road, does ride a little on the rigid/stiff side.
*Edit* I didn't see Sid's comment until after I posted mine. I believe his assessment is spot on.
Honestly, it's one of the best vehicles that I have owned. I picked it up roughly six months ago, and it just keeps getting better and better. I was a little worried that I would regret stepping down into a Ranger from my F-150, but so far so good.
Yes Sir, I am still very much loving the Ranger. I've had it for roughly six months now, have racked up a tad more than 6k miles, and seem to enjoy it more with each mile that I drive. I honestly did not think that I would enjoy this truck as much as I do. I'll most likely create a new thread in...
Howdy, Bob! I've clocked roughly 4000 miles on my Tremor so far, and the power has been rather adequate, and I honestly have no complaints. Granted, I haven't towed very heavy with it, yet, but I'm happy. The crazy thing to think about is that it still makes more power than my 97 F-150 with the...
I ordered a Bronco Sport Badlands for my mother-in-law to replace her Escape, and it's actually a pretty cool setup. I cleaned it up this morning and was able to surprise her with it shortly thereafter.
No worries. I want to say that it might even be possible with a Ford Commercial TRAC lease, but typically when an end user wants to go that route they have their third party company already picked out, so I haven't really explored the Ford side.
Shoot me a PM with a better idea of what you're looking for and I might be able to help, or point you in the right direction. I run the fleet department at a dealer in Texas. (We actually send a decent amount of vehicles up to New England.)
As of this morning, still nothing available for the 2020MY Superduty. Below is the current rundown for the Houston region.
Built to Lend a Hand:
Ford will make 3 months of payments for the customer (caps range from $900 to $2,500)
Eligible on FMCC Retail and Lease payments
All 19MY and 20MY...
Ford may very well end up going that route, but only time will tell. Earlier this week a few people from Ford Credit reached out to their dealer network to ask for any insight regarding what rates/offers/stipulations they have seen from other lenders. It seems as though that based on the...
Thank you, Bob. I am certainly enjoying the truck, and regret not having made the switch sooner. I plan on getting some liners for the fender-wells to reduce the amount of exposed items. I have a lot of plans, but again, need the wife to offer her blessing first. LOL
Thank you very much! I picked up the shorty antenna from Ronin Factory (Custom Car & Truck Engineering). I had originally purchased some box-link plates from them, was impressed with those, and decided to pull the trigger on their antenna. I actually bought the 50 Cal antenna for my...
