I'm doing an Eaton swap onto a 99 cobra engine and it is going into a classic mustang. Should I use an 03-04 cobra box, or would any Cobra or Mach 1 box work fine?

I checked Cobra bobs site and didn't see a match for the stock Whipple 3.5 and BF 4 piece pulleys and idler. My best estimate is around 77 inches. Does this sound about right? I'm going tomorrow to buy the last few things so I can install the Whipple this weekend.
