Gearheads everywhere can appreciate the extra time and effort the Mustang team took to quickly prototype and hone the Performance Pack Level 2 for the new 2018 Ford Mustang GT. “A passion to create something special is what really drove this project,” said Tom Barnes, Mustang vehicle engineering manager. “And that really showed in the off-the-clock way we went about doing our work.”
The crew over at VMP Performance have, not surprisingly, been digging deep into planning their modification strategy for the 2018 5.0 Coyote V8 Powered Mustang GT. It’s no secret at this point that the 5.0 is due for some major updates, and those changes will bring with them a new set of challenges. To say that VMP is eager to get their hands dirty is an understatement.
