03 I/C pump died 240+deg, replaced pump, plugs, coolant, changed oil... Acting weird

Ok, I/C pump died on a road trip, charge temp got up to 240, changed IC pump, coolant, plugs, and oil. Burped IC system. Car is acting sluggish now, was pushing 19lbs of boost, now I'm only pushing 11. No dash lights, charge temp stays around 130 when cruising, and about 160 at lights. I have the LFP extreme H/E, canton I/C reservoir, and new ford racing(Bosch) I/C pump. Car has an EFI Logics tune on it. Any ideas?

Update... Reset ECM, running better and cooler(110 cruising around/140 at lights) now, still only showing 12lbs of boost on the aeroforce gauge instead of 19. Unfortunately my SCT tuner is packed up in a moving truck 2000mi away. Think if I re-flash with the EFI tune, my baby will be back to normal?
