'03 tails in an '01... (not the other way around)

i've read the "how to" on the '01 to '03 swap, got it!





guy with an '01 is willing to swap me his tails before trading the car in.



if i'm working with a stock '03 and a stock '01, what's the best method to "swap" the tails?
my main concern is getting the '03 lights in the '01 so he can be up and running asap!



advice, tips, pointers, etc.?

I really don't have any helpful info but I know you have the swap the flasher relay under the dash board. My buddy did this in his '01 when he put regular taillightss in it.
