10.5" wheel up front possible?

So I'm in the process of trying to find some wheels for my terminator which has proven to be a painstaking process.
I've narrowed it down to one specific wheel, however I'm running into an issue. They offer the wheel in 18x9.5 +22 and 18x10.5 +22. The 18x9.5 is out of stock everywhere across the country for the next 60+ days according to ESR.
Would the 10.5" work up front with that +22 offset with something like a 275 tire by any chance or would I likely run into fitment issues and /or look silly?

You may be able to get a 295 or 305 on that wheel, but that would look really strange being mounted up front. Especially with a 305 or 315. I would say keep up the hunt for a 9 or 9.5...
