I upgraded to two-piece floating rotors front and rear and I no longer need the rear 13.8" setup.
The brackets were installed for 2 years and worked flawlessly. They do not require the axle to be removed for installation.
One rotor is new, the other has a couple thousand miles on it but is in good condition.
Asking $200 for the setup, would consider splitting.
