13 GT vs Challenger Srt8

I don't get many encounters because my daily commute is all 2 lane back roads...

The other day I was turning left onto a state route when I see a silver 2011ish challenger pull up behind me (said srt on the grille). I take off slow and he pulls out behind me wanting to play. We come up on a slow moving vehicle going 20 under the limit, we both downshift and pass. It's on! I wound it out into the beginning of 4th and I had pulled about 5 cars on him. We both waved and went our separate ways. Fun encounter!

I do believe that it was the 425hp one and not the 480 or whatever the newer ones are.

I think 10 and back are the 6.1's. Doesnt seem unrealistic for a 392 from my point of view. My dad has a 11 srt 8 5sp auto, and its been walked from 100 by a white 5.0 that runs around here. Not sure whats done to the 5.0. But his best out of the challenger was a 12.9 at the track. Seen the 5.0 run 12.3 at the track same night. Nice kill

A 5.0 and a 392 is usally a driver race giving the advantage to the 392 at higher speeds. (bigger displacement)
