$16.000 for a 99 with 25000miles a deal?

I found this truck for sale at $16.000. White 99 with the upgraded charge air cooler already installed. It is pristine condition. Stock except for a Hard Tonneau and Billet grills. I'm thinkin' bought buyin` this. It seems like a hell of a deal. What do you think?

i have a 99 and it has 21,000 on the clock. That seems kinda low for a 99, i would ask why he is really selling it. If there isnt anuthing wrong with it then hell yeah buy it today!
