Bought the car in April with the intent to keep.
Since my purchase it has had a top coat repaint, passenger window motor fix, frame check with subframe connectors installed, Eibach springs installed, JLT intake installed, new cowl vent, and oil change.
Clean and clear title, no accidents, 144k miles (will go up slightly, as I still enjoy driving her on the weekends)

Absolutely the most menacing sounding n/a Cobra you will hear, runs hard and healthy.
Paint is 9/10, interior is 7/10
