Comes with the mid plate, elbow, power steering res bracket. Approx 12000-15000 miles on it.

It can be, but theres no point in doing that. Just go and buy a polished one, save yourself the hassle.

I think the gen 2 rotors started about two years ago! A friend is interested in it!
