Long time no post in this thread, but I wanted to update how it's been going on.

Since I last posted in here, I've added a JBA 3:-to-2.75" H-pipe, Lethal Performance 2.75" over-axle pipes, Kenne Bell BAP, FRPP twin-65mm throttle body, and today I put on a 3.125" pulley and got re-tuned.

Ended up with numbers of 608 rwhp and 517 rwtq, at a max of 9.8 psi of boost:

Nice! Would a 3.125" pulley equate to a 82mm or 79mm or something else for the VMP/Roush guys?

The math puts it at 79.375 mm, but not sure how that relates to the TVS blowers since they're a different animal altogether ...
I was told the 3.125 pulley is a 10-11psi pulley on the 2.3/Coyote combo.
VMP lists the 79mm pulley as a 11-12psi unit for their blower

Just reading up on this thread and see your updated post. Nice numbers. I recently had a Roush TVS 2300, JLT CAI with 82mm pulley installed on my car. On the dyno we made 585/525, I had all the issues you were having with the bucking, also had some major idle issues, for the most part the tune seems worked out but I'm having some light surging when coasting steady on the highway. It almost seems my tuner is guessing at what to do to fix the issue. At this point I'm ready to switch tuners, just not sure if its a tuner issue or a car issue. Reading your thread helped quite a bit.
