2 Weld RTS 15x9.3" with 28" ET drag slicks

2 almost new weld rts with black centers used only 6 passes. Also comes with 2 28x10.50 ET drag slicks that have only 16 easy passes on them with weld lug nuts. This offset and width I've found to work out the best for our cars. New this set up costs $1000.... $650 plus shipping.

I dont think so but I know its close. I relocated it on my car cause I use to have 15x10's. With these wheels I dont think you have to.
