Did a photochop of a cobra r wing on the 500. I personally think it looks badass and I'm definitely giving it a shot when I take my girl to get repainted flat black w/ white stripes. Anyways thought I'd throw it out there for some constructive criticism. Bash away!!! ;)

why not go with the agent 47 or the 2010 gt500 spoiler if you want something race oriented? at least that way it isnt so boy racer on the street.

BOY RACER!?!?! Well.... maybe I could see it being interpreted that way from people out there who arent familiar with the 00 Cobra R... but I could care less about those honda d-bags anyways. IMO it just gives it that intimidating stance. The way the wing supports are cocked inwards and not straight up and down really set it apart from the "boy racer" category (for me atleast)

hey, I know all about the R. I've even driven one. I know its a beast. Regardless, that wing, in the most common of common vernacular, is "boy racer."

drove it huh? well then i am officially jealous because ive never personally seen one and i get hard to that car

anyways i see what youre saying... any car with the "cliche" raised spoiler is immediately identified as a rice mobile trying to gain body bolt-on HP. I guess I just have a little too much optimism & creativity flowin through me

oh darn, i fail.

it doesn't look bad at all, but i think the steeda 'boy racer' wing would look better than the R wing.

not my cup of tea but to each his own, i like the wingless look more. there was a thread a little bit back that had the cobra r hood on a shelby, not a fan of that either.

edit: show us a picture of your shelby, you are going to flat black it, doing the engine bay and jams too? gotta go the whole way in my opinion.

sorry i'm a work right now and dont have a pic off hand, but will try to up one tonight. i've got an appointment for a Hellion TT install at evo performance in a few weeks so i plan on having this body work/paint done by them at the same time.
