2004 F150 Lightning 61,000 miles. Rebuilt title

Everything works as it should. I have owned the truck since 2014. I bought it with 40,000 miles. It needs tires. The modifications that have been done are below:

Full Bassani exhaust

C&L plenum and intake elbow

A1 streat transmission valve body

Bell tech sway bars

New Bilstein shocks

JLP lowering shackles

2010 Shelby GT500 seats and Expedition wide top console

I do not have the original seats. I do have most of the other stock parts that weren’t wear items.

What was the cause of it being now a rebuilt title? (Accident-front back, flood etc)

Honestly I didn't research it. I assumed it was front end because when I got it the passenger side had new control arms and I had to fix the fog light pigtail to get it working again.
