Hi I recently went through with doing a full drivetrain swap with putting a 2004 cobra motor trans and wiring harnesses into my 03 gt. Got everything working but the cobra cluster. It worked fine when pulled out of the cobra and for the most part it worked when it was hooked up while testing the fuel pump. Now though the cluster gets no power to the gauges.the lights work just the gauges themselves don't. The gauges try and cycle when starting the car but then go back to maxed out. PATS is disabled via a tune.We swapped the cluster into another mustang and it works perfectly. Looking for any help with getting it working

Did a little more testing to try and figure it out and think its a bad PCM. we had a few other PCMs laying around and access to ford IDS so we plugged them in and tested it out and it works on all other PCMs except the cobra one. Possibly messed up just the cluster section of the PCM as its the only thing that doesn't work. Most likely happened when messing around getting the fuel pump wired in.
