I don't have a dog in this fight, OP's car sale, but your post is far from fact and that's putting it as friendly as I can.
I'd buy a FIVE owner car with 20k miles before I'd pursue a 150k mile one owner! You've got to realize that some guys intentionally buy low mile garage cars & treat them the same. With extreme care.
I don't have time to argue this fact but your post is off the wall. You evidently don't know this market very well.

I hear what you are saying and have no issue. This car just looked clean to me for a higher mileage and I’ve come across lower mileage ones that were not kept as nice. But I’m not in this for an argument.
