I'm doing a front and rear conversion right now and wondering if any of you know if the L shaped brackets are needed for the back please?

2013 - 2014 Shelby GT500 conversion on my 2010 GT is finished !
Sorry to bump again, but I want to have some kind of mark for this thread. In the process of gathering parts and this is a HUGE help.
I've seen someone make the CDC Performance grille for the GT cars work, so I think that I'm going to try to go that route. Don't want anything remotely close to shelby badging on my vehicle.We will see how it plays out.

Going to add a question to this:
Do I NEED the fender assemblies at all or will it bolt up to the regular 2011 fender? I don't see them being any different.

Thanks SS for this thread and some pm's with parts etc. Finished my full conversion this summer ('13 GT500 oem onto '13 GT), painted, striped and carbon fiber siebon grills.
How did you get a front grille without the snake?
I didnt think that grill would fit. The corners of the gt500 grill are a little bit sharper.
They are actually Siebon GT500 carbon fiber grills.
Here they are on ebay. Better prices come up every so often though. I paid 420 a piece for upper and lower.

the CDC perf grill does not fit into an oem gt500 bumper.

This is the complete parts list. I opted NOT to get the lower portion of the front splitter.
Mine. I am still in search of a non-cobra grille, but plasti dip works wonders.
Where did you get that emblem?
From Ford. Just a stock 2013 Boss 302 grille emblem. When you pull the snake off, it has two pins in it (offset) and the boss 302 grill emblem has the same pins in the same place, just goes right in.
