This really kind of sucks. I was looking forward to this setup and was hoping for a 3" system. Then it cost more then the Ford racing which just makes it that much worse.

Can't help you on the tubing size Borla builds the kits with, but once they release pricing to us distributors, it will be priced less than what you see currently on Borla's site and probably a smidge lower than the FRPP price.

2.5 pipe only supports about 463fwhp in a dual pipe setup. Why would they keep it so small? 2 3/4 is good for 566fwhp

I read from another exhaust manufacturer that keeping it to 2.5' reduces the likelihood of drone. Not sure how accurate it is, but that's what he said.

I'll be buying one as soon as its available from Lethal/Beefcake or whoever has the best price.

Yeah seems like Borla has let us down with this platform so far I'm going with Kooks full exhaust now 3in all the way back. I would have went ARH but I don't like how its reduced to 2.5 then you have to clamp on your tips. Kooks it is then...

I'm not sure really how those values are made, but I run dual 2.5" pipe on my truck and put over 500rwhp to the ground...

Dual 3" on mustangs are supporting well over 1200rwhp on boosted applications.

I made 879rwhp on my 03 cobra with 2.5" dual exhaust so I'm not so sure the math that's used above is 100%.
