Unfortunately, I have never tracked my car. I was mostly a weekend cruiser and car show guy. I wanted to build a 1,000 HP (at the crank) Shelby on pump gas, hence all of the engine support mods with the blower to achieve the power.

Good morning. I have the original trunk, but not the original hood as I sold it last year. Although I have the trunk up for sale on another Mustang forum, I will include it in the sale of my GT350.

Here are 2 pics of the original trunk (Shelby letters are easily removable).

The heads have not been ported. I was going to move forward with it by Slawko, but it was $5K for their race porting with oversized Ferrea valves (intake, exhaust) and my installer and tuner did not think it was worth the expense. I am running about 14 lbs of boost and the consensus was 18+ would see power gains, but below that would be marginal.

Well I’m still bummed I missed out on that intake but I hope you can keep and enjoy the car this driving season.
It’s doubtful it’ll go down in value.

I think you might do better with selling by making this car more stock appearing. The cobra jet snake prob scares away a lot of potential buyers. The purists are going to hate it and regular people might not want to cruise around with a giant snake picture on the side of their car. Just a thought and glws

Thank you for the feedback. I have been a huge fan of the Cobra Jet, hence my homage to the car with the snakes on the side. That is a good suggestion with removing it as folks most likely don’t want the attention.

I sold all of my stock parts to help offset some bills that I had. I originally kept all of the parts.

I would sell for $65K. @biminiLX - if I decide to swap out for a Whipple or Twin Turbo with a Plazmaman intake, I will let you know. I am considering those options.
