I think we're in the mid-80% range here at max. Its interesting how the light color seems to change, its almost like looking through heavily polarized glasses or something.
Blow it up.Some Saudi prince rented a whole hotel out and a restaurant here in Casper. Flew everyone in yesterday.
you must be one of those millenial special snowflakes I keep hearing aboutBoooooooooringggggg..
A root canal would have been more exciting.
probably should keep them in someplace other than a desk drawer unless you put them in some kind of hard case. they don't work well if they get scratched up LOLI'll be nearly smack dab in the middle of the 100% totality zone come 2024. I'll keep the glasses in the desk drawer.
In the 91% zone, that was about as much coverage as we saw.I'll be nearly smack dab in the middle of the 100% totality zone come 2024. I'll keep the glasses in the desk drawer.
Nope. Just someone who has more of an imagination than someone else who likes calling other people names.you must be one of those millenial special snowflakes I keep hearing about
We were in the 67% zone, and it was pretty much business as usual. It never got darker than it gets with moderate clouds. Using the special glasses at the peak, I could see the partial sun in orange. But to the naked eye, the sun looked totally normal through the cloud cover. I'll have to wait 7 years for the full eclipse to come to CT.
You know if Trump wins re-election I wonder if there has ever been another US President that has had 2 solar eclipses happen during their time as president. I knew FDR didn't during his 4 terms? a good question has it ever happen before?
And no I'm not saying he has already won but if he does in 2020.
Now there would be an accomplishment no one could take away from him. Unless you read the Atlantic. Then it would be the most racist thing any modern president has done.
