2018 intake manifold

I will be installing a 18 intake manifold for my 2013 mustang and I was wondering if I can drive it without a tune cause I’ll have to drive 2 hours to get my car tuned

You will be fine, it's not that much of difference anyway other than near redline RPM anyway.
