Is the 275/40/20 Mickey Thompson DR to tall for an a6 Roush stage 3 that has a pulley and tune or would the 305/35/20 be a better choice?

Its not too bad. I see a lot of guys running 315/35 which is about the same diameter as the 275/40.
How wide is the wheel its going to be mounted on?

Stock Roush wheel 9.5"
305/35/20 would be much too wide for that size wheel. My 305/35/20 sits flush on an 11" wide wheel.
The 275/40 seems more ideal for a 9.5" wheel. Maybe somebody who has tried this size out can provide an opinion.
Again seeing people run the 315/35 which is a similar diameter I don't see the 275/40 being a bad option. Plus if you are looking at Nitto's they run small anyway.
What tire are you looking at?

I know people have put the 305's on a 9.5 wide wheel, just wanted to know if the 275's would hurt the 60ft....
