Not to imprest with 3.2LC kenne bell. Full bolt ons . 10% under, ported heads, ford hotrod cams, longtubes no cats,xpipe,168mm tb,id1000 inj. 24psi ,20 timing it put down 722rwhp /609rwtq sae on a dyno jet, running on 104 sunoco. With 3.25" supercharger pulley. Does that sound right for the boost level?

Guy at DB Performance trashed 2 3.2 units trying for over 800. Interesting that at 13 psi with my turbo, I am at 707 hp and 651 tq on E85.

That does seem low for your mods and psi. A setup like that should be in the 900s. FWIW, I have a 2.8 @ 17 psi on 93 octane and make 740whp.

You are pushing that 93 hard. Are you adding octane booster for safety?

Hey guys, just got retuned with e85 and lowered my boost to 20 psi with 20* and made 734rwhp 639tq sae. Tuned by Shaun at AED. Car drive so much better than jon lund 2 tune.

Get rid of the Hot Rod cams. They are hurting you at this point. Go with a better cam for those ported heads.

If anyone suffers rotor scuffing the case, kenne bell is aware of issues with the 3.2. Word to the wise, DO NOT push 24 psi +.

(i know the thread is old, don't care)

lol, you go around to every board reposting that? I pushed 25psi on mine with no issues.

To the OP, glad you got it straightened out. For future reference, I made 810whp on a 3.0 (21#) pulley and 880whp on a 2.75 pulley (25#). I ran 19* timing on e80 when making those numbers. I had COMP -450 cams and Stage 3 heads, though.

No, been plenty of newer 3.2 head unit posts and no comments from me. Kenne Bell recalled all the Gen 1 3.2 head units as soon as they realized they had an issue. They made improvements to prevent rotor scuffing. Have only seen one 3V guy with the new 3.2 head unit running over 800 though.

That was me, then! Made 810/705 on 21# and 880/770 on 25#. Then I totaled the car.

This numbers have to be bologna. The 3Vs can't make that power. Ask any Coyote owner on Facebook.

All in good fun.

I have a stock 3V with a KB on it.
I will be upgrading soon, probably by forging the 3V and getting a bigger blower. I already have the T56 Magnum in and my suspension is 90% done.

However, I have not ruled out a Coyote or LS swap (with a blower).

The dickheads on Facebook are brutal in their criticisms of the 3V, which is what my last post referenced.

I'm tempted to stick with the 3V and a KB mammoth just because of the naysayers of both!
