3.4 standard inlet boost with the 3.5" upper?

Those of you with a standard inlet 3.4, what pulley combos are netting what boost? I know whipple claims about 23psi with the 3.5 upper and stock lower. I'm looking to make about 24 with ARH 1-7/8" longtubes with a 3" x pipe and catback. The stock lower will be staying.

i would almost "guesstimate" a reichard 3.3 would b able to net you that amount of boost
