30k miles= an estimated $8500 in fuel at 4$ a gallon getting 14mpg

30k miles= an estimated $7058 In fuel at 4$ a gallon getting 17mph...
1500 in savings if I can get 17mph.

you'll spend at least that in the tuner/dpf delete stuff so kind of pointless IMO unless you're planning on either keeping it for more than 2 years or putting way more than 10-15k per year on it...

My deleted/tuned 6.4 gets 20+ highway unloaded consistently. H&S tuned with their canned HD300 tune. Getting rid of that DPF is the best thing you can do for the truck.

Not to mention exhaust, tune, dpf delete will drop your EGT's a lot.

The SVTP F-350 has basically be worst factory combo of options for a SRW truck if you wanted to get good mileage, but I've still never seen close to 20 MPG (even with pretty much the best combo of mods for mileage).

Get a H&S Tuner, S&B CAI intake, and cat/dpf delete and watch it drop...

I live in PA and went to Myrtle Beach SC last week to Mustang Week. I have an automatic fox body V8 I would say weighs close to 3200 pounds. My open trailer is right around 2400 pounds. I had total of 3 adults and a child, with luggage I would say we weighed an easy 1,000 pounds with coolers.

My truck is a 2008 before job 1 trucks with H&S tuner on wild, S&B CAI, and cat/pdf delete with stock muffler and tails. I averaged 13.5 MPG with mostly driving around 70-73 mph and a couple of times in stop and go traffic for 45-60 minutes. I have 325/65/18 tires, 3.73 gears and is a supercrew.

I run the spartan 210tune with 4' dpf delete exhaust and an S&B intake and drove from DFW, TX to North Dakota and averaged 22mpg driving 65mph. I've noticed driving faster than 65 with my gear ratio causes the economy to plummet

the sooner you delete the dpf, the longer you wont have to worry about an engine. never mind MPG if the 7 & 8 cylinder are shot due to the regen cycle.

i bought a used truck with 240 xxx and was deleted just before i bought it, but by that time the engine already had internal damage.
needless to say a new motor with arp headstuds and a fireringed block the truck should live longer than me.

I have an 08 F350 with 8" bds with 38x15x20's so fuel economy is something i strive for lol,
