be careful with a 8# and a magnum on a stock block. Thats how Jim poped his motor when he went from a 6 # lower to a 8# lower.

That combination will make 21#s boost on a stock block with Kooks/JDM exhaust. It runs real good, until strange noises and smoke, and fluids start pouring out from the engine compartment.:shrug:

I ran an 8lb lower on a ported eaton for a while. Had no issues with it but I also didn't do any WOT 4th gear pulls. I think I only had it on there for about 4 months then the KB went on. I wouldn't advise it unless your prepared for a built motor. BUT you never know. It might last a long time with the right driving behavior, fuel and tune combo. Good luck
