A guy at my work has an 84 Mustang "gt350" edition. It is in decent condition, it needs a little carb work and some tlc. I am not too sure about the mileage, but he is selling it for 500... Worth it?, Not Worth it? Pros, Cons, etc...

It is a simi rare Mustang. Basically it was a cosmetic package for the 20th anniversary of the Mustang. The car should be white with a red interior , red body side molding, red rocker stripe and GT 350 designation. The car is probably worth the money. There are two dash emblems that are worth a $100 bucks a piece or so if they are present. On the radiator support will be a body buck tag, usually on the drivers side. The anniversary GT 350's had "annv" or "ann" stamped on this tag, usually towards the end of the option listing.
If the car is a 5.0 automatic, it came with a Central Fuel Injection(CFI) system, while the stick 5.0s had a Holley 4 barrel. The (CFI) is an orphan set up that doesn't have any performance potential. The 4 barrel has numerous options. If the car is 2.3 litre, then you get the potential of turbo. The rarest of these cars is the 2.3 in a convertible, with just over a hundred built.
