I was just watching that looking for the next episode.
Good watch. Cant wait for the next part.
I still want a Gen 1 L.
My, how far we’ve come.
Great video. Takes you back.
I’m sorry a gen 1 lighting is nowhere close to the gmc sylclone like dude was saying in video. And didn’t the 454 get a 4spd in the later years and more power ?

Nosir. It was a turbo 400 and way stifled down. Uncorked the 454 and they move out pretty well
Ain't that the truth! I remember well when these two were launched. Can't wait for the next episode.

MuscleTrux Part 2: 1990 Chevrolet 454 SS
MuscleTrux Part 3: 1994 Ford Lightning
MuscleTrux Part 4
MuscleTrux Part 5
MuscleTrux Part 6
MuscleTrux Part 7
Can't wait for the next episode?? This show....these episodes are 15-20 years old! This is all i used to watch on sunday mornings.
Those 1st gens were the cats ass back in the day and still look good
They are old, but not 15-20 years...These came out in 2008, when they started tuning them I recognized the dell laptops from that era, those notebooks were as big as a brick shithouse.
"Trucks!" MuscleTrux Part 1 (TV Episode 2008) - IMDb
Those were both great looking trucks, hell I'd pimp either one, though I really dig the 1st gen lightnings.
Love the name of the show. Straight and to the point. I wonder what names were proposed but did not make the cut?
Rednecks with Paychecks, Trailerpark Kingz, Cooters Garage....
the bottom fell out on the 454SS trucks and they are slowly making a comeback. I would like a Gen1 and 2 Lightning, 454SS and Silverado SS in my future garage.
Ive been to Cooters Garage and it wasn’t as bad as tv makes it out to be. Sure he seemed kinda sketchy, but he was a good dude
