96 cobra making Jestsons car noise

Went to check out a 96 cobra for sale. After trying to put the car in reverse the car started to make a Jetsons car like noise. Any idea on what it could be?

My guess would be possibly the throw out bearing. Mine can be a little noisy sometimes and the very slightest pressure will make it go away.
