I have the ECU that was pulled from a 98 cobra (AOL3). The ECU is for a 5 speed. It also has a SCT chip that plugs into the back of the ECU. The car had the EGR and IMRC's deleted, so I am guessing that the tune at least has those turned off.
I also have the steering column with 2 keys, and the PATS control module for the same car so if you are performing a 5 speed swap, this should prevent the PATS from causing any issues.
