My power door lock motor has failed, I hear the motor turn but the lock won't move up or down. Had the door panel off tonight and it appears to just be stripped gears in the motor box. Is this thing servicable? Am I better off just replacing it? Anybody drill out the rivet and replace theirs, have advice? Anybody have one for sale? Also looking for the saddle brown armrest, broke the rear tab. Mine still fits tight but I'd like to go ahead and replace it with all of the tabs intact if I can find one in good shape for cheap. Thanks in advance.

So the whole regulator (motor) is NOT riveted to the inside of the door? It just pulls out? I didn't want to mess with it too much last night.
