I read that the other day. I had no idea they were still building them for freight.

Chinese carriers love them. My firm had an engine part out business pre COVID focused on Pratt JT9s and our utilization collapsed in December 2019. It was a crystal ball into COVID. We got out in Feb 2020 and dodged a huge bullet.

Grew up 15 min from there. Brother still lives 10min away.

Cool air shows growing up.

Saw the SR71 there.

Those are trash. Those auto tint windows are ****ing gay and the FAs dim them all the way down and take away your input mid flight.
I liked it. Higher pressure, higher humidity, much quieter, and the BC layout is better/nicer.

I can't imagine how cool that would be to pilot something that big. Just amazing!

Been on a 747 a few times. Never on a A380 though. I don't trust something THAT big. Stupid French ****s no less!
