Does the CAI fit the Accufab SBTB, or stock throttle body?
Also, is that the one that puts the filter in the fender well, outside the engine bay?

Yes, to both of your questions.
It will fit the SBTB and/or the Stock one. And yes, the filter goes in the fender well.
