Adjusting headlights

Anyone know how to adjust the headlights on these cars? I've only had it since April and don't drive it in the dark, until the other day, and they were awful and didn't show the road really. Then I got home where they shined on my fence and they appear to be aimed way too high. Is it a simple adjustment somewhere?

Well I found the culprit I think, besides shitty dull bulbs. My drivers side headlight had a plastic retainer type thing that is broken so it’s not holding the headlight in place. So lost cause there until I find another headlight I guess.

copy that. Yeah thats what I'm needing. I guess I should probably remove both headlights and take inventory on what all is worn/damaged. the lights themselves are in good shape it appears so this route would be much better. Thanks.
