AFR installed need help!

So i recently bought this 03 cobra. It has mid length headers, bassani catback, upper pulley,accufab throttle body,jlt cai, Kennebel Bap. Just installed an AEM wideband and at idle the numbers are good but at WOT it goes down to 10.0. Do you guys think this is a tune issue? Or what could it be? If so can anyone recommend a good dyno tuner in the East Texas area. Thank you so much.

Well the good news is that you're super rich according to the gauge.

It's a good idea to get your tune checked after buying a new car.
